Coaching for Educators

We support educators who have begun their journey towards racial equity and are committed to transforming their learning spaces. Our services meet their needs by helping them examine their pedagogy, practices, and engagement with students to create a vision for their path towards creating equitable outcomes. Most importantly, we coach our clients to serve in a direct response to the voices and experiences of the communities who have been pushed to the margins, silenced, and rendered invisible.
